FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. All prints will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so PLEASE make sure you have entered your address correctly. Thank you.

Do you accept credit card/debit card/PayPal?

Yes, I accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All prices are in USD but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

How can I take advantage of your "Payment Plan Option"?

We offer an amazing "Payment Plan Option" for those on a fixed budget, but still desire to collect original art. Learn more HERE.

When will my prints arrive?

Prints usually take a maximum of 5 -10 business days (usually faster) from the time of purchase in order to be prepared for shipment, as I am custom printing and packaging each print with love and care. Prints are then shipped with Priority Mail, or First Class Mail, which can take approximately 1-3 business days for USA orders. For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office. Thank you in advance for your patience.

How are the prints packaged?

  • All USA 8.5 x 11" print orders will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve with board and shipped flat in a USPS Priority Envelope.
  • All Fine Art Prints on Paper (any size) will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube. (Orders that contain multiple prints will be shipped flat). Applicable to both USA and international orders.
  • All Fine Art Prints on Canvas (any size) will be bubble wrapped and ships in protective box.

What paper/ink do you use?

The prints are printed on luxurious thick bright white fine art paper (Fine Art Prints are on satin, and Small Art Prints are on matte). The prints are made with 10 archival quality pigment based inks (to put this in perspective, your standard at home color inkjet printer usually has only 3 colors). These inks are guaranteed a vivid and luminous color range to preserve the look of the original artwork, and are designed to last over 200 years without fading. Each printed at 600dpi, which gives insanely realistic detail that is virtually indiscernible from the original artwork (compared with the more commonly used 300dpi).

Do the prints have a margin/border?

Yes, the margin will vary depending on the original aspect ratio of the artwork, but there is usually at least a 1/4" margin on the left and right sides, and at least a 1/2" margin on the top and bottom edges.

What is the return/refund policy?

I am proud to say, my art always arrives intact. However, should your print arrive damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me at faristudiosart@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation. Thank you.
